The Vietnamese might not had the power or technology of the Americans but: Look at these, normal flops that was worn by them in the war. Now the last photo show two different flops, the one you put your foot in from either way. Why? To confuse the enemy, tyhey think you walk the opposite direction...clever buggers!!

Imagine staying 25m underground for up to 6 months. Cooking, being hospitailised and never see light, because of a stupid war that made no sense all but caused millions to die. The Cu Chi Tunnels was created by the VC (Viet Con) to hide from the Americans and fight their war. The tunnels is 3 levels deep and even have running water

The tunnels is not for big people. At some places we went through I had to crawl on my knees to get through.

I was walking in one if the small streets when I saw this small coffee shop with this name. Those who do not know, Kudzu is a type ogre buck found in South Africa.

Then I went to Ben Than market. It is about 4 rugbyfields big and there is 100s of stores. My sister will never leave this place.

Enjoyed Saigon beer at Sai Gon beer garden, guess no time was spend on the names. Met some very nice people. Beer is awesome and only cost about R7.00, the bread is and taste the same as Nam bread from India.
